Run diagnostic latency checks against the selected URLTest group instead of the parent section.
Keep dashboard manual tests aligned with the displayed URLTest target when filtered outbounds are hidden.

Normalize full Xray/V2Ray JSON configs into sing-box outbounds, including nested outbound arrays and detour references.
Bump the runtime cache format so previously normalized broken subscription caches are discarded on update.
