feat: expand subscription formats and dashboard UX

Add a subscription parser pipeline for sing-box JSON, URI lists, base64 subscriptions, and Clash/Mihomo proxies. Improve dashboard proxy refresh and copy-link handling. Fix subscription update scheduling, stale cache handling, and Podkop lifecycle state reporting for restart/reload.
