test(shell_inventory): агентский CGI в ожидаемом списке shell-скриптов пакета

UTF-8 BOM раньше прятал shebang CGI от скана инвентаря; после удаления BOM
скрипт (корректно) определяется как shell, поэтому ожидаемый список
пополняется tachyon/files/usr/lib/cgi-bin/tachyon-agent.
