Hysteria2: заглушка байт в байт как у nginx

$(cat …) срезал последний перевод строки, и страница masquerade была на
байт короче той, что отдаёт nginx. Читаю файл целиком (установщик и
kit net masq on), запасная запись страницы – без лишнего перевода строки.
